TECTA Showroom: Heissingsart Gallery Lübeck
The new TECTA showroom at Heissings Art in Lübeck combines international art with tailor-made fashion and avant-garde furniture. Never before has such a large selection from the TECTA portfolio been displayed in northern Germany. And now design fans can flock to see it in the 250 square metre showroom in the heart of Lübeck’s old town.
The gallery is located in a 400-year-old building in Mengstraße 40, which was made famous by the novel »Buddenbrooks« by Nobel laureate Thomas Mann and is now a UNESCO World Heritage site. Heinrich Heissing, the gallery’s owner, sees himself as a communicator of aesthetic positions, as a compressor and catalyst. In his studio just across the road, Heissing has also made a name for himself as a premium tailor of men’s bespoke suits and shirts attracting quality-loving connoisseurs from all over the world.
